Dialilng home Phone Number (Blueface) No Tone

Hi
Ive been ringing my home phone from mobile and landlines. The phone rings at home, however on the phones i ring from i dont hear it ringing (ringtone) its just silent until someone answeres. ANy Ideas

Also since ive used Blueface for the past few months the actual tone the handsets ring in the house are two long ring tines rather than tworh short ones, presume this can be changes somewhere on the ata.
