Check that the QoS setting on your TA612V are enabled as follows:
Login to the router as described in Blueface Support Navigate to WAN Setup > QoS = enabled. You should also check the following: VoIP Settings > VAD = disabled (clear checkbox). For the QoS to be effective the Netgear TA612V must be connected directly to your broadband modem, and have no other router/switch/hub in front.
