Default Setting up my new link to home

Ok,

Firstly I have to say that blueface is the best ever yet as Im living in Arizona in the USA and I can now call people at home for the price of a local call and visa versa.
I have xlite set up on my pc and I want to change my setup so I can use a regular phone.
My current setup is that I have cable internet, a motorola cable modem which is connected into my router an Airlink 101 router with wireless. I bought a Motorola Voice Terminal Model VT10005, hoping that I can connect it through the main router or visa versa but have been unable to do so, Im guessing that Im not forwarding the ports right from 1 to the other so I need some help in doing so, If any of you super techies out there could help I would be greatly apprecative.
Also I have managed to get my hands on a Cisco IP Phone 7940 series, now Ive seen from previous posts that they are hard to configure, since it is second hand I cant get my hands on Cisco's callmanager software. Does anyone have any suggestions on any easy ways to configure this phone to use it with blueface, or would I need some form of pbx software to intigrate it.
Thanking you all in advance for your input,
A greatful Waterfordian,

Kevin

Default CISCO 7940 Setup

Alright Kevin,

Have you had any luck setting up the Cisco 7940 yet, I also have one and am currently setting it up, I have managed to setup a working TFTP server here and have added necessary cisco files

P003-08-2-00.sbn SIP000xxxxxxxx.cnf
OS79XX.TXT P0S3-08-2-00.loads XMLDefault.cnf.xml
P003-08-2-00.bin P0S3-08-2-00.sb2 SIPDefault.cnf

which the phone is picking up and is telling me SIP is enabled, also I used the two files provided by Aaron in thread http://forums.blueface.ie/showthread.php?t=26, which worked as expected. My only issue now is the connecting the phone to blueface, I do not know where to set sip.blueface.ie and if the username/password details in SIP000xxxxxxxx.cnf are the only place you need them. If you have made it as far a me you on the right track if not I can advise you how to get this far. If you know how to add the connection information for blueface and which files need to be updated your help here would be much appreciated.

Kevin, if you have not managed to setup the CISCO 7940 yet hopefully somebody out there knows the config files that need to be updated.

Cheers,
Noel
