Call hold music not working on Polycom SIP301
Hi All,
Anyone come accross this issue ? When I hit the Call Hold button , it puts the caller on hold fine but they dont hear the holding music . If I dial 305 from the handset , I can hear the music playback . I have tried upgrading firmware and it made no difference . Any suggestions ? Thanks Martin |
