Issues calling from the general 061 area to 076 numbers - VoIP forum : discuss internet telephony

I've now come across a couple of cases where there appears to be an issue connecting to an 076 number when the caller is dialling from the general 061 area code; and from a particualr mobile network possibly when in that region.

In the cases I've dealt with the connection is sporadically successful and fails approx 50% of the time.

If you have experienced this issue or similar it'd be useful to post your experience here,
including any results/replies from the originating callers telephony provider.
